One paid plan
The sheets are free forever, worked figures and all. Curtilo Pro is the record behind them: every plot with its address, its curtilage, its use, the rights read on it, its constraints (conservation area, article 4, tree preservation order, green belt, grey belt, biodiversity net gain), its appraisal against the land value and the offer made, so the next plot in the same authority starts from the last one and the question at the viewing is answered from the file. One price for the whole team, cancel from your account page.

Should you just subscribe to a land sourcing platform?
If you want every title in the country mapped, ownership and constraints layers, a site-finding filter and an API for your own tooling, subscribe to a land sourcing platform and give it the twelve-month commitment it asks for. Curtilo is for the developer with a handful of plots who wants each one read for its rights, its constraints kept and its offer recorded, and is not building a national pipeline to get it.
No competitor tier is compared feature for feature here, deliberately: land sourcing platforms are priced per user on annual minimums with data add-ons and the fit depends on how many sites a developer hunts. This hub's own price is the one figure on the page, and it is the estimate recorded in research/data/saas-products.tsv (basis: estimated, under a platform's published entry tier) rather than a comparison against a named plan.
