What this service is

Curtilo is software for the developer who reads plots: free sheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the site file of plots, curtilages, rights, constraints, appraisals and offers. We are the vendor: you buy the subscription from us directly, and there is no agency, reseller or intermediary anywhere in it.

How we are paid

Curtilo Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your Stripe receipt. It renews monthly at the price shown until you cancel.

The sheet index

The sheet index lists every free sheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The sheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not a constraints map, not a prediction of what an authority will accept at prior approval and not legal advice, and nothing on this site is a ruling on what a particular plot may become or what it is worth; that is the authority's answer and your own professional judgement.
