What we collect and why

What you type into a sheet stays on the page unless you save it to an account. If you enquire or subscribe we collect your name, email, company name and what you wrote, and nothing else. A site file holds plot addresses, measurements and constraints, which are facts about land, not people's personal data.

Legal basis and sharing

We are the vendor: you buy from us and your data stays with us and our processors (hosting, payments, email). We do not sell it, rent it or pass it to builders, agents, land sourcers or lead buyers of any kind.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: hello@curtilo.com. We respond within one month.
